PERSONAL TRAINING AND NUTRITION $50 AN HOUR

 Jessica has been on a journey to optimize her health physically, spiritually and mentally.  She obtain her Level 2 Personal Training Certification from NCIP in early 2022. Overcoming trauma, ACES and human trafficking recruitment and contact is what makes Jessica's personal training so unique. Mixed with trauma informed care, compassion for survivors and a tenacity of refusing to quit, 

ONE ON ONE SELF DEFENSE TRAINING $100 AN HOUR

Working here way through as a student Krav Maga; Jessica became a Level 1 certified instructor in early 2021. She has led multiple Women's Self Defense Workshops and specializes with women who have experienced violence. One of her favorite projects was co-teaching monthly sessions to teen girls in a foster home that were at the highest risk of recruitment.  Private self defense session are done at the Next Level Krav Maga studio in Gilbert, Az 

WOMEN'S ONLY SELF DEFENSE WORKSHOPS $50 PER PERSON 

Through Next Level Krav Maga Gilbert - with the support of Grand Master Edmonson, Coach Rob & the Ladies Empowerment Team; Jessica can coordinate a private self defense workshop for your orangaizaiton. Jessica has been an innovated business implementation specialist for almost 2 decades. Prior to establishing her non- profit FIRE Revolution and even prior to become a community spiritual leader Jessica operated and established business in coffee, fashion, mortgage origination and a women's networking group. Along the way Jessica engaged in multiple workshops that not only helped her develop as a trauma survivor but also as a business women. Her experience in as an entrepreneur has opened many doors in leading outreach operations as well as mentoring chaplains interns in establishing their ministries. 

Now Jessica assists survivor of human trafficking and domestic violence develop their dreams of purpose and channeling their talents and gifts through a variety of outlets.

Her current project of House of FIRE - FIRE Revolutions online store; where those in the community want to support survivors can browse a wide variety of product and services just as unique as the survivor herself.
